Tier 1 Menu 

  • Street Tacos (Barbacoa, Chicken Tinga, Vegetarian) with accompaniments.

  • Croissant Sandwiches (Curry & Cranberry Chicken Salad, Peppered Turkey & Swiss, Ham & Cheddar).

  • Wraps (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Vegetarian).

  • Sliders (Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Traditional Beef) with assorted sauces.

Tier 2 Menu 
  • BBQ Buffet (Choice of Pulled Chicken, Pork, or Beef) in a tangy sauce.  Served on a Kaiser roll with traditional sides.
